Xodus, founded by Ted Best in 1996, was on a mission to provide expert IT support tailored to the highly specialized technologies used in healthcare organizations. Recognizing that most IT companies were too generalized to offer the depth of knowledge required for healthcare IT, Xodus was established to fill this crucial gap.
Today, we are proud to offer real expertise in handling the specific IT-based needs of healthcare providers, such as HIPAA compliance, imaging support, and technology management.
Initially providing services to a diverse client base (including state government, military, law enforcement, schools, and local businesses), Xodus shifted its focus in 2006. At this time, we re-aligned as a Managed Services Provider operating exclusively for radiology, imaging, and outpatient medical facilities.
Xodus has extensive experience with medical-grade hardware from industry leaders like Dell and DoubleBlack Imaging, and software solutions such as Intelerad PACS, MedInformatix, Allscripts, and Nuance Power Scribe, to name a few.
Today, Xodus is dedicated to serving the medical industry by delivering professional healthcare-centric services, including cloud services, servers, networks, workstations, imaging support, security, compliance, technology management, administration, and help-desk support. This specialized approach ensures that healthcare organizations receive the expert IT support they need to operate efficiently and securely.
